Training of Personnel
Our production is approx only 3 months, having employees grasp training material is hard for us.
What is everybody else doing that is working? We want our employees more engaged and get involved, instead of just sitting in a room, bored, and then have them violate GMPs later on because they weren't fully engaged/don't remember.

Reception of the training can sometimes be subjective to the group of people that you are working with, as one group/individual receiving it well compared to the others.
This has been discussed in the forums multiple times. However, in my experience, combination of presentation slides, videos, real life/food safety scenarios-applicable to your facility and cross-questioning can be helpful.

look into a training tool called alchemy https://www.alchemysystems.com/ you can customize your training needs and they provide videos as well as review questions.
each participant receives a remote to answer. Document what training was done, on what date, and have the trainer and trainees print and sign their name on a training log.
I agree with Mr. Wallace - Alchemy is an excellent tool if your company can afford it. If you do group sessions in-person rather than an online format, I would suggest no more than 1-2 short Powerpoint presentations at a time (each covering one topic) before you "break" - either for a meal or with a game of some sort. I actually utilized some Powerpoint based "games" that I found on Etsy for my last training... we had small prizes such as restaurant gift certificates and candy and it woke everyone up and required that they applied their knowledge.

Your input is appreciated very much and I like this idea. I would have never thought to look on Etsy for help, but I will be definitely looking into that now.
