I have been a practitioner for a company for the past 3 years, through a reorganization, Am now employed by a different company but continue to work at the site,and have remained the practitioner. My new employer is owned by the same parent company. Is this in violation of module 2.1.2.5 I? Any thoughts here?

2.1.2.5 The SQF practitioner shall: i. Be employed by the site as a company employee on a full-time basis; ii. Hold a position of responsibility in relation to the management of the site's SQF System;

Is the certificate held by the site or the parent company? I would say it's open to interpretation - give your certifying body a call.

The only sway I have ever witnessed is the allowance for a regional SQF Practitioner to cover 2 or more locations by the same name.
