SQF Quality Code and SQF Manufacturing Code Confusion

Hi,
I am a little confused on which Code should be used for updating my Food Safety Manual.

SQF Code Edition 10 Proposed Timeline

Hi,
I am a little confused on which Code should be used for updating my Food Safety Manual.
Quality = Non-Safety
Manufacturing = Safety
The Code text should be self-explanatory.
Manufacturing is what used to be SQF Level 2
Quality is what used to be SQF Level 3
Both are GFSI but Manufacturing only covers Modules 2 & 11.
