Contractor for conducting cooking validation in Ireland?

Hi,
We would love to complete as external cooking instruction validation for some of our products.
I know few companies who doing a cooking validation , but all are based in UK. Our company is based in Republic in Ireland so for us would be much more handy to get it done in ROI.
Could you suggest anything provider in ROI.
