Hi, is me again.
Could someone share a templet of a HACCP. I'm a bit lost. Better said, I'm very lost.

Hi Carmelo,

 

This template may help especially if your regulated by the FDA. This is the the FSPCA.. It may act as a good starting point for you.

I suggest you take at least a preliminary HACCP course before you go any further down this path.

These are just a couple of examples. Since you are trying to get a company up and compliant (which is very very difficult and time consuming) and meet GFSI requirements and satisfy the FDA, i urge you to educate yourself further on what you are trying to do. Please

This is more accurately iso-haccp but  the left-hand side is mostly equivalent to traditional haccp
