Anyone can train and administer HACCP certifications?

Hi All!!

To my understanding, all that is required to certify someone on HACCP is:

  1. Proof of knowledgeable experience, qualifications, etc. to show competency
  2. Acceptable method to deliver the training

Are there no requirements on length of class time?

Thank you for your help.

The trainer has to have been trained by a recognized teacher/trainer

1 Thank
For the HACCP team leader the training should be done by a certified trainer. For training employees to understand basic HACCP concepts and monitor CCPs, the training can be done by someone who has been through the formal classroom training from a certified trainer.
