Applicable regulation for labeling for US

The USDA and FDA websites should have all the information you need.
The food labels are changing in the US. You can either go with the old version or change to the new one. I would advise for the new one since you'll have to be compliant in the next few years. Now the above posts make a good point. If its meat, poultry or eggs, you must comply with the USDA labeling laws. If its anything else - the FDA.

The final rules were published by the USDA on Dec 20 for Biongineered labeling of select "GMO' foods. Effective in 2020.
