Hazards related to Cores in Blown Film Product

Hello, I've been observing for any hazard regarding my production plant which the final product is PE film without any printing process/ color.

Currently, the final product after blown film method is covering outside core/bobin/tube/tubular with material of PVC or paper. I am afraid this can be possible contamination to our product. Furthermore there was article related PVC is harmful to food.

Do you have any idea whether this can be hazard or not?

Will the PVC migrate to our plastic?

Do I have to do external test for migration?

Is it better to use paper than PVC?

Will this have to be CCP in my HACCP Plan?

I am afraid the paper material could get mold or the wood splinters can contaminate the product. Do you have suggestion for this issue?
