In Summary, while running a mock audit you will perform one step forward and one step backwards. It means that you need to see how much of a recalled product was made/processed and which customers it went to.
Then, you would like to see what raw material/s were used to make that recalled product, and if any of the ingredients were used in any other finished product. Traceability is the key here.
