Process Hazard Analysis for Honey Packing
Hiya,
I am new to this forum and trying to find my way around. I am trying to update my Hazard Analysis inm line with Version 8 BRC and I feel like I am getting too bogged down and making no progress. Does anyone have a HAZARD Analysis done for a Honey packing business? If you do can you please share?

There is tons more info available on google. In Canada, it has always been a controlled/inspected commodity, so the last (#4) link is probably the most helpful

Some fascinatingly varied haccp presentations.
The last link has convinced me to avoid any further consumption of Honey.
I love the terminology "HACCP-based" = HACCP without CCPs !
I myself would never, ever buy unpasteurized honey.............for lots and lots of reasons (not the least of which is botulism!!!!) which is why you never give honey to babes less than 1 year old!
