Does anyone know where can I find specs of microbiological limits for Aerobic Plate Count, Coliforms, and E.Coli in raw shrimp? (USA)

Frozen ?

 

For import ?

 

If the above = Yes, IIRC, the only micro. spec. is  non-detection of Salmonella using BAM's sampling Plan.
