This was such a wonderful presentation! I love finding new and different ways to present the same material.  Of all the hats I wear around here, the classroom is the best.  I would like to add a website where people can go and create all kinds of puzzles.  It is Word Mint and it's free.  I have created HACCP BINGO, word search, and crosswords.  We have played Food Feud (similar to Family Feud) and hangman using food safety, defense, and fraud as the pool for words and phrases.  Using 3 x 5 cards, I put one area of GMP's on the card then randomly taped them to the bottom of the chairs.  Once everyone was settled in, I asked them to check their chairs.  If they had a card, they had to stand up and elaborate on the subject for the group.

Keep those creative juices flowing!
