Organic component to employee and/or visitor/contractor GMPs?

For those of you certified as organic, or seeking organic certification, did you add an organic component to your employee and/or visitor/contractor GMP policy? I realize that employees would have a complete separate organic training (ship/receive, storage, production, sanitation, etc), but wasn't sure if a general statement should be made in their GMPs and/or the visitor/contractor policy. Thanks!
