Hazard control Plan rather than OPRP and/or HACCP Plan?
Hello,
According to standard ISO22000:2018, we must establish Hazard control Plan rather than OPRP and/or HACCP Plan , what does that means exactly? and how ?
Hello hrabi,
Hazard control plan means a more closer approach towards your hazards by considering every possible aspects of HACCP plan components. It shall include all the information regarding each CCPs/OPRPs such as CL, action criteria, corrective actions etc.
Afai can see, it's basically the same as !st version except iso have juggled the requirements around + added a few more nuisance bits.
Some possible responses are illustrated in detail in a previous thread here.

To my understanding, Hazard Control Plan is NOT a new documentation requirement. New version only used a single common title to identify plans which were tagged as HACCP plan and OPRP Plan in earlier version. You only need to review your existing HACCP plan and OPRP plan to check compliance against requirements of new version (if any).
