Creating a Food Defence Plan. Could anyone send me a template?

The FDA has a food defense plan builder. Its a fairly simple tool to use.

I emailed the FDA as I was told their plan builder didn't meet their own requirements. They confirmed this and I was told that an updated plan builder would be available in the future. 

 

I did use their plan builder to conduct my risk assessment to help identify significant vulnerabilities. 

I am using FD builder but could not able to print the file. Please suggest.

I could not able to print the Food defense plan builder after entering the required data. Please let me know

I'm not sure how to fix that. My plan builder allows me to print as well as save it on the computer. Maybe try saving it as a different file and printing from there?

I am in Canada, The Food Safety Defense Builder requires a US address, is there another way to access the Food Defense Builder?
