Hi,
Presently I'm a regulatory compliance manager for a major dairy and foods business specializing in market access for export dairy and foods.
My background ( many years ago ) was microbiology and i have spent many years in a dairy laboratory and as well as preparing quality systems for both the lab and general manufacturing. i have also done lot of audit both in internally and for our ingredient and packaging suppliers and co-manufacturers.
