Hi all, I have a question on HACCP form 1. Previously, we have had the term 'retail - general population: including vulenrable groups e.g. young, old, immunocompromised and pregnant' under intended use section of our form 1. Now, has this changed due to the new sfcr? Are we suppose to list this under where the product will be sold section? Please advise

You're overthinking this one!!!

Leave your form 1 alone....you don't need to change a thing to comply with SFCR.  Have you been following the FSEP manual previously?
