Please explain context.


There is hot air duct, which supplies hot air in drying process of Milk. That hot air duct fitted with Gasket. Some auditor suggests us to include that gasket in HACCP (RA)

It depends on what the "gasket" actually does/controls, likelihood/consequence of its failing,  ie the associated "risk".

 

Offhand, it sounds like nitpicking, eg gasket condition would be acceptably maintained via "Preventive Maintenance" which is typically a  PRP..
