Do you have guideline or refrence about the requirement?

   Chicken or turkey, whole 1 to 2 days 1 year

   Chicken or turkey, pieces 1 to 2 days 9 months

Hold the phone................there is a lot more you need to know that WILL drastically affect shelf on poultry
