Doors leading into beverage manufacturing from offices

Good afternoon.  I have two questions I am looking for guidance on regarding the doors in our facility that lead from office/lab areas into manufacturing area.  Our facility is working towards SQF Quality Code Certification.

1. There are some gaps between and at the bottom of the doors. Do they need to be sealed like all doors leading from outside into manufacturing?

2. The doors have glass windows. Do these need to protected with a shatterproof film?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Might need to vestibule or air lock the doors if they open into production

Second part - yes.
