SOP for organic inspections?

Customer asking for our organic inspection SOP. We don't have one, first I've heard of it.

Does anybody use this? Or Kosher inspection SOP?

Perhaps they are asking for any SOP's that you have to ensure that when you change over from non-organic product to organic product you are doing the things you need to do to ensure you are in compliance with organic production standards?

We have SSOP's that specify that we do checks to ensure that any non-organic "approved" cleaning chemical or sanitizer residue is not present. We also have an organic production checklist where we inspect the production line to ensure no residue of non-organic product is present on the line.
