BRC v8 Quality Culture Plan Section 1.1.2

Hello Everyone,
We have recently received a non-conformance for lack of quality culture plan - section 1.1.2 BRC v8. I could use the expertise in this forum to help me with a quality culture plan, or at least the topics I should cover in my plan. I have already come up with a quality culture survey (has not been administered at the time of this writing) to get a baseline, but I am struggling with coming up with specifics and frequencies for the actual plan. Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated!!
