Curing Temperature for Laminated Food Packaging?
Our company is a manufacturer of food packaging and we do lamination in our process. Can anyone tell me what is the temperature settings of their curing room in their company? We, we do 45'c to 50'c. And im doing a research if this is the standard temp of curing (oven type where adhesive and solvent evaporates).

Here, we do 38°C to 42°C. IMEX, there's no such a standard. The temperature setting depends on the film materials and adhesive types. I believe the adhesive suppliers have to provide TDSs (technical data sheet) in which they experimented various curing conditions (temperature & time) together with a number of thin films. You can rely on such information.
Just curious! Do you keep the ventilation in your curing oven? AFAIK, the main purpose of heat-curing is to assure the adhesion strength, the issue of residual chemicals should be treated at the lamination stage. The air circulation might slow down heat-exchange between atmosphere and laminated films?
