ISO 22000:2018 Clause 5.0 Leadership, what documents are required?

hi,
we are now upgrading to ISO 22000:2018 version can anyone help me reading the clause leadership. what tyoe of documents required for it?how we can comply to this clause?

As my opinion, Clause 5 is not a significant change in new version,
FS policy, FS Objectives, Organization's Structure and Responsibilities Description, Personal Evaluation Program (FS), FS Team Leader Decision with details tasks indicated in Standard.
The implementation of Cl 5 is to pay attention on the Leadership Commitment ex training, meeting, resource provide, some evident on FS improvement ...
