HACCP required for frozen vegetables and french fries

Hello Forum, 

We are a seafood facility and use a HACCP for facility (FDA) 

Finding out we also store frozen vegetables (peas, carrots) and frozen french fries, hash browns ( all under a case in, case out production) do they need a HACCP?

It probably should have referred to the FDA.

 

If FDA want it then the rest just follows.

 

If otherwise and nobody else needs it then I guess it's up to you.
