Microbiological maximum limit (TPC, Salmonella etc) for fat spreads and blended spreads category in Taiwan?

Hi all

do you know where I can get the microbiological max limit (like TPC, Salmonella etc) for fat spreads and blended spreads category in Taiwan?

 

I search in https://www.fda.gov....id=16&k=fat&p=2 unfortunately can't find it

Is the nature of your fat dairy, vegetable, mixed? There are no regulatory limits on indicators in the US. Pathogens normally are "shall be absent" with a few exceptions, and of course depending on product form.

Centre For Food Safety.pdf   498.13KB   13 downloads (Hong Kong). Nothing listed here for fats, many RTE categories however. Looks to be structured off of UK PHLS.

There also may be  something on Codex Alimentarius if you have a specific fat spread category to search by.
