SMETA Audit Form

This is one of those, I have everything except 1 items things...

Does anyone have a copy of the most recent SMETA/SEDEX audit form for use on a food factory?

Hi SQFconsultant.  I haven't got the actual audit form used by the auditor, but I do have a copy of the standard that they audit against.  Would this be of any help?
