Nutrition fact in Turkey Labelling

Does the Nutrition Fact is mandatory content for labelling in Turkey?

Or can you give me an exception food that not mandatory for Nutrition Fact in Turkey

the attachments are Turkey regulation that I get but still can get the information because the translate is so suck

Let me know if anyone has the English version of Turkey Food Labelling Regulations.

I don't recall coming across an English version of the Turkish regs.
If you need advice on a specific point (unless anyone else here has more knowledge in this area) it might be worth enquiring via your Turkish distributor, or failing that there are services that can provide solid advice on requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

I've used Leatherhead Food Research (https://www.leatherheadfood.com/) for this purpose in the past, although there may be something similar closer to you that is worth looking for.

Hi, I am from Turkey and an expert for food safety and regulations.

Nutrition labelling is mandatory. Turkish labelling regulation is very similar to Regulation 1169/2011/EU "food information to consumers."

PS. Only TUR73 file is valid. Other 2 files are not in Turkish. Last one is only a draft.

Mandatory information is:

Energy

Fat

- Saturated fat

Carbohydrate

- Sugar

Protein

Salt

Hi, yes there are exceptions same as 1169/2011, Annex V
