What microbiological test for gable top folding carton packages?

Hi,

What are the microbiologic test that we should always do for the gable top. Should we check the moulds presence.

What are the possibilities to have moulds in this kind of packages.

Would depend on what your product was susceptible to but typically TVC, Yeasts & Moulds and Entero.
