Quality Management Software

We are currently looking into using a Quality Management software to possibly integrate with an ERP system. I've heard good things about SafeFood 360 and I wonder if it has the capability to integrate. Does anyone have any recommendations on other software and what is the average cost? We are a small non profit food manufacturer and we currently do most of our work on paper, excel sheets, etc. It would be nice to go paperless and have all data in once place.

Do you have any idea what kind of software that application uses?

If you wanted to do something similar, but on a smaller scale, is there any Office 365 tools that can come close to QMS?
