Can anyone confirm if I am required by ISO 22000 or by food safety to audit a kitchen that has not been operating for over a month?

Hi.

In the times when some establishments are closing - we have had some of our kitchens close down.

I am still being asked to perform monthly audits on the kitchens. I feel this is not a true representation of the GMP of that area.

Can anyone confirm if i am required by ISO 22000 or by food safety to audit a kitchen that hasnt been operating for over a month?

Hi,

Even the kitchen has been closed some of the requirements related to pest control, cleaning and sanitizing etc. are still applicable.by the way you can perform the audits on applicable GMP requirement at least kitchen has been closed.

Thanks
