Hello peers in the Food Safety and Quality realm.   I think bench marking and sharing our experiences is an opportunity that we shouldn't pass up.  I am the QA Manager for The Synergy Co. in Moab, Utah.   We manufacture and distribute Dietary Supplements and food.  I look forward to reaching out, and helping where I can.

I take Milk Thistle myself.   It is a great product.   I take mine for liver health.  Thanks Glen

Hi Goddess, welcome to the forum! I have a question to you RE: Milk Thistle: does a daily intake depend on the age? How many pills should I take in my 57? Thanks a lot!
