Hi,

Any advice on requirements for traceability of beef trim from multiple boxed beef for use in mincing and burgers? Is a day batch sufficient?

Cheers

Hi

If you going to use a day batch code, you should have records of individual boxes as well, so you know which exact batches have been used for one mix, if that makes sense

Thanks..
