I have been in the regulatory, food manufacturing world  for about 10 years and involved with quality management and pharma, chemical and pet food manufacturing for about 16 years.  I love the ever evolving regulations but it has surely kept me on my toes in the food world.

I currently work for a company that makes peanut brittle popcorn and peanut brittle.  My past experience is thermal processing (tomato based and milk based sauces, condiments, soups, salsa, bbq sauces, etc) so I have a lot of experience with a lot of different agencies and a lot of different categories.  Hopefully I can be of help and look forward to picking someone elses brain that has more experience than I do!
