Hi all,

I am reviewing our Quality Management System in preparation for BRCGS issue 6 audit and I'd be interested to hear your views on the attached MRM template. Is there anything else I need to add or change?

My only real comment is that you are making it very hard for yourself in defining objectives for so many departments.

I realise that the meeting is not just a BRC meeting but there is a lot to cover in a single session.

Thanks for the comment & I know it's a lot but in 2018 we got NCR for 'not enough information in MRM' from ISO9001:2015 auditor. He was quite happy with the amount of information last year.

This is our Management Review Agenda - just had our BRC audit an no issues with it.

Thanks :)

We just make a one-page minute stating date, time, title & brief abstract of Management Review and being signed by attendants. This minute then is filed together with the Management Review.

Hi all,

I was reading comments and i came to a point that what could be a recommendation for improvement in the management system?

and Can someone provide a filled management review report?

we had our first management review audit last year(FSSC22000) and auditor was asking for charts and comparisons. not everything is chartable ! i mean i can always put in trends for product or environmental analysis but what else?

Thank you.

If you are doing annual food safety and culture survey, discuss and analyze the scores. Compare your data from last year and see where you can make improvements.
