Hello everybody! I am Sefiu Olatunde Ikudaisi, a Scientific Officer with Department of Food, Water & Laboratory Services of Oyo State Ministry of Health, Nigeria. My department  has the statutory responsibility of monitoring and regulating food businesses/outfits in the state.

I am well pleased to be on this platform of experts and professionals, and I am double sure to be positively impacted through various learning opportunities available in this network. As a matter of fact, I have been benefiting from here, including the Friday webinar series (live and recorded), and everything has been interestingly informative, educative and above all revealing! The organizers and presenters have equally been wonderful!

I am very keen in deepening my knowledge, and enhance my skills and competences; and as such I am looking forward to having a fulfilling knowledge-sharing experience with all.
