Dear Sir

I have a question which is about ISO/TS22003

see the Table A.1-food chain category

CAT CIII : processing of perishable animal and plant products(mixed products). e.g. pizza, lasagne, sandwich....

Does it means 1+2+3? or only 3?

1- different plant source products mixed preparations like veg sandwitch

2- different animal source products mixed preparations like Pork Ribs and other pure non veg meals and

3- animal and plant source mixed preparations like Non Veg Pizza, Non-Veg Burgers etc.

best regards

I believe this is an "and/or", so any one of those would put you in CIII
