What software do you use for digital proofs that operators can pull up on the monitors on press?

Hello, I work at a custom paperboard carton manufacturer and we utilize large printing presses to produce a multitude of different cartons. We are interested in eliminating the physical copies of our proofs and instead move to an all digital version that our operators can pull up on the monitors on press. Is anyone out there currently doing something similar to this? Can you tell me how? What software you're using? Etc. Thank you.
