Best Soaps to use to obtain lower AllerGiene levels.
I have been getting ATP RLU of 0 yet the AllerGiene results are in the millions. Neogen Gluten test is negative at a million. I am wondering what other soaps can we use to kill the smaller molecules of ATP detected in AllerGiene test. Any suggestions?

I suggest that one or both of yr measurements are either incorrect or the measurements are not measuring the same "thing".
Maybe contact the purveyors of the "millions".
Thanks Charles:) I checked with the testing company too and they were leaning towards changing the cleaning agent. Since Signet is giving me ATP RLU of zero, allergiene is high. My thought was to use a better cleaning agent to "wipe clean and kill" tinnier atp/allergen molecules.

I would suggest to compare some actual allergen tests. since that is presumably yr current primary concern.
This hopefully enables a "validation" of ATP results based on the cleaning procedure.
Yr context is unknown but I would probably be concerned if all the ATP results are "zero". :smile:
My company uses Dawn as our detergent and we have validated it as an effective method for both general sanitation and allergen sanitation. Our ATP results are almost always 0 as well.
According to what I just googled, AllerGiene is an ATP based test. So it appears as though you have 2 ATP tests giving conflicting results. You definitely want to do what Charles suggested, and take allergen specific swabs that you send out to a lab. This will help you identify which test is faulty.
If you want a different presumptive allergen test that you can perform in-house, Hygiena has AllerSnap swabs. Instead of being ATP based like AllerGiene swabs, AllerSnap swabs test for protein. It is a non-specific protein test, but in combination with ATP, it can help you verify your allergen cleaning procedures.
