Hello, we are looking into establishing new quality & production protocol in our facility. This would be my first attempt at revising most of documentation at the facility. Also, the main objective is to become SQF certified. Any comments or testing advice is greatly appreciated. Basically starting from scratch...

Please provide detailed Product/Process information.

 

Offhand, my initial suggestion is to purchase one of the (probably) hundreds of books on yoghurt production.
