What documentation is required for clauses 1, 2 and 3 in ISO 22000:2018

Hi all! Sorry for a newbie question. I'm trying to implement ISO 22000:2018 for the first time. I don't understand, what documents should be under the first two clauses: Scope and Normative references? Clause three is just a definition of specific expressions used in the plan, right? Bought a manual, but that also almost skips this part. Any suggestions/examples? Thanks a lot for help!

Hi,

There is no documentation for the first three clauses. Clause 1 gives you the scope of ISO 22000 which is essentially the extent to which the standard is relevant.

clause 2 is normative references and clause 3 definitions and terms which you can reference when applying the standard.

Good luck in implementing the standard

Audited requirements will start from clause 4 to 10.
