We recently began ATP swabbing. Where do I document storage of the test sticks?

The storing of the new sticks?

Correct, storing the sticks, do we inventory them or collect coa? totally new to this portion of sqf

I would put the receipt of them into the receiving log, including expiration dates. The fridge you're storing them in should have monitoring for temperature  The ATP monitoring record should also include an expiration date when using them.  Those 3 things together you should be golden

What is ATB swabbing?   I've never heard of it.   Wee do ATP.   I even googled it and nothing came up.

Is this a typo or some new swab I've not heard of yet?

I would also get a copy of the SDS for the sticks and keep that on file also.

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an enzyme that is present in all organic matter—living and once-living—including blood, saliva and bacteria. Essentially, the person conducting ATP monitoring swabs the surface to be tested and inserts that swab into a handheld unit called a luminometer. This is a way to verify your sanitation.

Ye-ah.   ATP.   The title of the thread is ATB.

I'll take that as a typo....

You can inventory them. No need for any "coa". Keep up with inventory very well so you can order before they run out. Also you can store the packing list when they arrive and sign it and file it. I have a file for every lab supplier on file.

you may also want to conduct and record positive and negative controls at receipt
