Zero  particularly on hands!!!!  Anything above zero means handwashing isn't being done or isn't being done properly

 

Total coliform is just used as an indicator for fecal contamination

Hi Rajkaust,

 

For coliform the limit is always zero once it is direct (pour plate / membrane filtration) plating or less than 1 if it is MPN counts. As an indicator of cleanliness you don't want to have any coliform.
