Looking for consultant help in New York State - Capital Region

I'm working at a food producing plant, and we are scaling up our production. Looking for help while creating a new set of SOPs and validation of new plant equipment. Not sure where to start looking for help, so any resources would be greatly appreciated.

What products do you make? Are they RTE or Non-RTE?
First you need to define what requirements are for the facility and products. For example, will your customers require a third-party certification for GFSI? Will they require a specific type, such as SQF, BRC?
You can go online to SQFI.com website and they have a list of certified consultants who are knowledgeable for SQF systems and they should be able to do what you need.
There's a section on this website for consultants. You can also just type in "food safety consultants" and do a web search. There are a HUGE amount of them out there. They will all ask you what you specifically need and if there is any type of certification required. They will want to know the type of products and the process and the size of the facility.

We actually do not travel anymore and frankly what a blessing that is with the cv fallout.
