Hi Chris,
The SQF requirements fpr approved supplier program (SAP) are spelled out in portions of 2.4.4, eg x.2, x.8)
Various (scattered) responses to the above exist on this forum.
SQF 9 provides both a Guidance document and a Tip sheet for this activity. Neither are particularly useful IMO.
Version 8.1 has an "Auditing Guidance" which IMO is more lucid than the rather meandering preamble.
