We are ISO 9001:2015, what kind of records should I have on my master list. Our previous lead audit retired and we just had an audit, which they stated we have way to many documents and stuff on out master list that didn't need to be there, any suggestions will help.

Greetings, Norma! Every industry and facility has different document requirements, my suggestion would be to go through and make sure, for starters, that you don't have 1.) duplicate records, and 2.) Obsolete documents and forms that you no longer use. This should help get you started on cleaning up your Master List. Aside from that, you may need to just follow your ISO standard from the beginning and match each core policy with the documents you have. It may be a long and tedious process but only you and your team will know what documents and forms are best to have for your company and facility. Hope this helps!
