would someone have a template for recall procedure to ISO9001 standard?

Not sure what the exact ISO standards are, we are currently working towards our first SQF certification at our water bottling plant, and this is what I have created so far. Your more then welcome to look over it and see if it can work as a rough draft to work off of :-)
