Good morning!

My name's Duncan and I'd like to introduce myself. I've been working in the food industry for all of my career to date, focussing on technical services and quality systems.

I started out in a specifications role, taking care of raw material and finished product specifications. In a way, I got lucky because the company I was working at didn't have much in the way of supplier approval systems and I had a lot of opportunities to learn about systemic interactions between raw material+supplier approval and the wider quality management system. This enabled me to progress into compliance processes and QMS design.

I'm looking to contribute to the conversation here so that I can help more people and add some of my perspectives to the ongoing discussions.
