USFDA, FSMA, VQIP, FSVP

Can any one tell what is the difference between USFDA Certification, FSMA audit, VQIP audit and FSVP audit. We do turmeric powder production. Which we need to opt. or is it by nature of product authorities do any of the above audits to us ?

Is it mandatory to register organisation in FDA for dry products ?

USDFDA certification and FSMA = I believe are the same thing. Though not sure what you mean by USFDA certification. FSMA are the regulations of the USFDA. These are required.  FSVP - part of FSMA that you have to do since you are importing into the US. VQIP - voluntary but helps you get approved faster.

 

It is mandatory to register your organization with the FDA.
