Hello, I was wondering if anyone based in UK have had recently their facilities inspected by USFDA and could share their experience. We are a small dairy facilities and will be audited in a couple of weeks time and don't really know what to expect from the inspection. We were told that the inspector will be on site for 2 days.this will be our first USFDA inspection.

I would expect them to focus on your Food Safety Plan and the Preventive Controls required under the Food Safety Modernization Act.  See 21 CFR 117.
